The famous Atlanta rap veterans Migos announced that their latest studio album "Culture III" would be released on June 11. That's this Friday, and yesterday the group have revealed the project's official tracklisting. Culture III will sport appearances from Drake, Cardi B, Polo G, Future, NBA YoungBoy, Justin Bieber, and more, with posthumous verses from Juice WRLD and Polo G. Teased for several months, this project will have taken a long time to come out: more than 3 years after volume 2 ... But it is finally available on all streaming platforms. On the album program: 19 tracks, good US rap, but what strikes you at first hearing is the consistency of all the songs on the album.
In a recent interview Offset said the trio are still waiting for the world to acknowledge their impact. "We made this trap [style] go pop," he said. "They don't talk about that. We made trap go pop talking about selling pounds and bricks, and we hit Billboard No. 1. Hip-hop artists weren't going No. 1 like that, but now it just be 'bang, bang, bang.’"
Migos recently returned with the hypnotic single "Straightenin," which recently debuted at No. 38 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. "We not just doing one verse and one verse -- we're switching it up," Offset said. "We doing things other people can't do because we the only group. We got creative with our flows, so we could stamp another [movement]. We feel like we gonna lead the pack with this album."
